How we handle reviews
- Every review is verified. A review can only be submitted
with a personal, single-use link e-mailed after a session that actually took
place — whether it was booked on this site, by e-mail or by phone. There is
no open submission form.
- Dates shown. Each testimonial states the date of the
session it refers to and the date it was published.
- Read before publishing. Reviews are read before going
online. We publish negative reviews as readily as positive ones: a review is
refused only if it contains abusive or discriminatory language, third-party
personal data, or does not concern the service. Every refusal is explained
to its author.
- No incentives. No review is paid for, rewarded, or obtained
in exchange for any benefit.
- Retention. Published reviews stay online until their author
asks for them to be removed.
- Reporting a review. Think a review looks suspicious, or want
to change or delete your own? Write to us free of charge at
